Jordan knows that the road to success requires lots of hard work and dedication, and she trains every day except Sundays! See her grueling weekly schedule below.

Monday: 3:30 - 6:30pm = 3 hours
Tuesday: 7 - 10am, 1:30 - 5:30 pm = 7 hours
Wednesday: 7 - 10am, 3:30 - 8 pm = 7.5 hours
Thursday: 2:30 - 5 pm = 2.5 hours
Friday: 7 - 10am, 1:30 - 5:30 pm = 7 hours
Saturday: 8:30am - 12:30 pm = 4 hours
Sunday: DAY OFF!
TOTAL = 31 PER WEEK
